Last night the Better Homes Awards were held at the University of Vermont’s Davis Center. Sterling had entered three homes entered into the competition in four categories. One of those homes won in two categories. The South Village Townhome won the Multifamily – Single Family Attached category as well as the Energy Efficiency Award from Efficiency Vermont in the Multifamily- New Single Family Attached. Sterling is both honored to have won these awards as well as honored to be part of the Northern Vermont Home Builders and Remodelers Association.
