While we are all very excited for Thanksgiving, there is a lot happening as well, and lots of things to be thankful for! Thistle Hill 29 closed just a few hours ago, and has a couple of happy two legged owners – I’ve heard they have some four-legged feline friends that are looking forward to the screened in porch with a view! We are wishing them a fantastic first Thanksgiving and Holiday Season in their new home.
South Village has a lot of excitement happening in it right now, as two lovely couple are nearing their respective closing dates, both in early December for their new homes. Both of these homes feature beautiful three season porches and some really lovely personal touches.
And, while it is not really the season anymore for three season porches, and as the snow falls and we all scramble to get our snow-tires on, it naturally seems like a great time to start building new homes! Right now we have two homes in South Village in the early stages of construction, and another nearby that is working through the Selections process of their home. We have also taken a reservation and are working through the design process with a client for a home in Thistle Hill in Hinesburg.
There is a lot of good positive things happening right now. It is a very special experience to be a part of the team that helps bring peoples home ideas into reality. Having been so warmly welcomed into the Sterling Construction community and their respective communities is certainly something I am thankful for this year!
