Time sure seems to fly. I’ve been working at Sterling for just over a month now and the time has flown by. I’m not sure where it went, but I know that it has been a great first month here, all with wonderful people – my direct co-workers at Sterling, our vendors and contractors, and especially all of the wonderful Clients I have been able to meet have made this month such a tremendous joy. I enjoy going to work in the morning! This is a good sign I think. Anyways, in that month a lot has happened!
We had a nice couple sign a Contract for a home in South Village last week, and have been busily working with them to get all of their Options & Selections work done. A home that we were staking out when I started now has a foundation, slabs and walls going up in South Village. Another home in South Village we had our pre-sheetrock walk-thru and it seems like yesterday that it didn’t have windows or its lovely 3 season porch.
In Thistle Hill things are moving along quickly, with trusses going up on a home that just a month ago was being dug. Another home in Thistle Hill now has beautiful blue siding and sheetrock, and their future neighbors’ home is getting ready for footings to be poured! It is amazing how fast this process can go, and it is so much fun to see these homes take shape, from just ideas on paper into someone’s dream home.
