One thing that Sterling is great at is incorporating the homes that we build with the sites that they are on. In Vermont there is a lot more sloping ground than flat, and over the years we have gotten very good at using that feature into an intelligent home design. One such home that really makes use of the natural topography of the land is in Sterling’s newest neighborhood, Nature’s Way on site 27. We have started construction on this home and it features a full lower level walk-out and gets great light into this additional floor of living space.
