For the past little while we’ve been blessed with fairly good weather. The rain finally stopped (except yesterday), and the heat passed. With that swing of good weather came a lot of progress!
We have two houses that are closing this week. One of them is a custom built single family home in Colchester on their own lot, with a walk-out Lower Level, a great back porch, and an open floor plan that lends itself to lots of natural light. The other is a single family home in the Traditional Neighborhood Development of South Village. This is a gorgeous home with breathtaking views of Lake Champlain and features beautiful cabinetry and hardwood floors.
We have lots going on elsewhere as well. In South Village we had roofing going onto one home and another home with foundation walls going up. In Thistle Hill there is a home with framing going up, and another home that has siding going on!
Throughout the rest of the week we’ve spent time meeting with new clients, working with existing clients as they approach their one year warranty period, and working on a remodel.
We definitely have a lot going on right now! It is a very exciting time for us and for the families that are anxiously awaiting their new homes. And, what an exciting week it has been for the lucky ones that now get to start moving in to their new homes!
