Jake is the newest addition to our team here at Sterling Homes. He turned in his toolbelt for the opportunity to be a part of the management process and further his education in the construction industry. With so many parts and pieces going into your beautiful homes, he recognizes that his in-field experience brings many advantages to the construction of your home. His experience in the field allows him to know how long certain aspects of the home-build process may take, which allows him to better manage timelines and priorities to keep things on track and on budget. He’s also not afraid to reach for his tool pouch and offer a helping hand when needed. He’s able to replace that twisted stud, correct that damaged deck board, or touch up the paint after you’ve moved in. If you have been a part of the Sterling Homes process or have just driven by, you may have asked yourself: “Does this guy ever go home?” Jake’s dedication and commitment to perfecting every last detail should leave every homebuyer with the comfort that he embodies the Sterling motto that this will be the best experience you will ever have building a home.

When Jake is not on site, he is spending time with his fiancée Madisen and their two dogs. Jake is also a huge sports fan, from playing the game to shouting at the TV screen. You can often catch Jake with a glove on hand, playing in local softball leagues, or just relaxing with friends staying up to date on current sports news.
