Sterling Construction, located in South Burlington, bases their mission on building happy customers. Bart and Collin have both received the T. Wayne Condor Builder of the Year Award, Bart in 1997 and Collin in 2010. They have each also been President of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern Vermont in the past. Collin rejoined his father Bart Frisbie, at Sterling Construction in 2004. Sterling Construction began creating homes for Vermont over 30 years ago and during that time has helped countless Vermonters realize the American dream.

Congratulations to Collin Frisbie of Sterling Construction for being named the 2010 Builder of the Year!  Collin Frisbie has shown over the years his dedication to making Vermont what it is – a place that draws people to live, work and play.  Collin joined his father Bart Frisbie at Sterling Construction in 2004.  Sterling Construction began creating homes for Vermont over 20 years ago and during that time has helped countless Vermonters realize the American dream.  Collin has served on many committees and was the Association President in 2008.
