Elizabeth Simak
Recently relocated from Wisconsin, Elizabeth Simak is a Vermonter at heart. Elizabeth cross country skied and ran at Northern Michigan University, earning degrees in Economics and Mathematics. Since then she has been utilizing her love for numbers as an Financial Analyst in the Midwest.

Alan Coe
Onsite throughout the process is Alan Coe, our construction superintendent and daily hands-on manager. It takes dozens of skilled laborers to build your home, and Alan expertly manages them to ensure we stay on schedule and on budget while maintaining our quality standards.

Chris Smith
Working between the office and out in the field we have Chris Smith our Construction Manager. Chris works with Alan Coe our Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day work at our various job-sites throughout Chittenden County.

Jon brings 20 years of experience in various aspects of the building process to Sterling Homes. He has extensive experience with architectural details, millwork, and building materials.

Nealy comes to Sterling Homes with a background in sales and weddings and events. She has many behind the scenes roles in the home building process. From contract to closing, she is fully immersed in each project.
