Working between the office and out in the field we have Chris Smith our Construction Manager. Chris works with Alan Coe our Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day work at our various job-sites throughout Chittenden County. On average, each home has about 50,000 different parts and pieces and Chris’ impeccable attention to detail ensures that even the smallest of those 50,000 pieces are thought through.

Chris comes to us with a wide range of past experience including surveying, civil and structural engineering, home heating fuels and construction management. In addition to all of his professional experience, he completed building his own home in 2008 where he lives with his wife and daughter.

Chris joined the Sterling team in late April of 2014. We are excited to have him as a part of our team.
