Meet the Sterling Homes Team
After serving in the Marine Corps, Dan embarked on a career spanning over 20 years in the residential development industry. Throughout that time, he has developed expertise across a broad range of disciplines, including drywall taping, framing, cabinetry, workshop management, scheduling, and team coordination. Dan has built lasting relationships as a trade partner with numerous developers — including Sterling — and has found a team that genuinely shares his values. A true craftsman at heart, he holds himself to the standard of giving full effort to every project, regardless of its size or scope.
Outside of work, Dan leads an active and well-rounded life. He plays drums alongside friends and local musicians, and when the seasons change, so does his pursuit of adventure — carving turns on the mountains with his snowboard in the winter and riding the trails on his longboard in the summer. Dan is also a part-time single father, and his son holds a central place in his life; the two share a number of common interests that keep them closely connected. Rounding out his passions, Dan is an enthusiastic homebrewer who has cultivated meaningful connections within the craft beer community through his involvement with the local Green Mountain Mashers Homebrew Club.
