Construction Manager

We are looking to add another energetic Construction Manager with a can-do attitude and a desire to make a big difference within a small business.
What winning looks like:
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, sub contractors, and team members.
- Oversee smooth jobsite operations; scheduling, trade partners, cleanliness, quality control, from stake out to final trim details with focus on energy efficiency.
- Identify and communicate project status and next steps.
- Manage warranty program for homes built, ensure customers have a great experience.
Skills needed to win:
- 2+ years in project management or related field
- Background/experience/knowledge in residential construction
- Great interpersonal, organization and time management skills
- Flexible and comfortable with frequent change
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Conflict management and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mentality
- Ability to balance a busy schedule and make things happen

Base Pay: $50,000 – $80,000.
Position compensation to be determined based on applicant experience and responsibilities assumed.
