To Reserve a Home Site:

1. Contact Sterling Homes using the form to the right to start the conversation about building your home. We can answer all of your questions and help you decide which site is right or you based on your needs, wants, and wishes for your new home.
2. Download and fill out the printable Reservation Form.
3. Pay Reservation Deposit: A $2,000 refundable deposit holds a Home Site for 14 days while you choose your house style. Visit Our Process to learn more.
